Shimon “Shimmy” Meystel

Shimmy is Concerto’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, constructing the Concerto organization since 2015 when he recognized that skilled nursing facility operators had few optimal options in caring for patients with kidney disease. Shimmy has grown Concerto from its inception to become the nation’s leader in nursing home dialysis. Since 2015, he has created a care delivery system, strategy, operation, and brand synonymous with renal care excellence. Shimmy has been engaged on the front lines of health care delivery since he was a kid. He began his career as a facility maintenance assistant at Aperion Care and quickly assumed greater responsibilities within long-term care management, which included procurement management and vendor relationships. Shimmy is an active board member of many local charities and community efforts, including serving as Vice President of the Chicago Mikveh Association and Treasurer for Bais Chaim Devod East. He also proudly spearheaded a community-wide emergency relief fund effort for Chicago’s northside neighborhoods in response to the COVID-19 crisis of 2020.

Nosson is Concerto’s Chief Operating Officer. His primary focus is monitoring Concerto’s daily operations while exploring new growth opportunities. With vast experience in day-to-day operations, quality initiatives, regulatory requirements and patient satisfaction, his unique perspective provides the vision and leadership to merge two unique industries. A seasoned expert in operations, Nosson has honed his health care administrative skills in the management of skilled nursing facilities. Prior to joining Concerto, Nosson was the Operations Specialist for Aperion Care, one of the largest skilled nursing operators in the Midwest. Nosson enjoys giving back to his community by assisting nonprofit organizations to blend corporate operational efficiencies into the nonprofit business model. When Nosson is not in the office, he can be found cycling, rain or shine. He resides in Chicago with his wife and six children.
Bob Turner
Chief Financial Officer
Bob Turner is Concerto’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Concerto, he held various roles in corporate finance in the consumer products, retail, and ecommerce industries – including leadership roles with Walgreens, Peapod and Zoro.com (Grainger). With a background in both finance and analytics, his career focus has been helping companies drive profitable growth by using data as an asset. Over his 24-year career, he has led multiple functional areas, including: finance, accounting, pricing, data science, analytics, and business intelligence. Bob has a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, as well as a master’s degree in business analytics from the University of Notre Dame. He resides in Cary, IL with his wife, and two daughters.
Dr. Suresh Samson
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Samson is a Board Certified Nephrologist practicing in the Chicagoland area. He has a special interest in patients with End-stage Renal Disease needing dialysis in Skilled Nursing Facilities. As Chief Medical Officer of Concerto, he directs the care of dialysis patients in our Skilled Nursing Facilities in multiple states. Dr. Samson trained in the United Kingdom and completed his residency at Yale University Bridgeport Hospital. He completed his Nephrology fellowship at Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Samson currently serves on the Medical Review Board for the ESRD Network 10. He has implemented corporate wide patient care policies for safe and effective dialysis care for all nursing home dialysis patients.
Kyle Stone
Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Kyle Stone is Concerto’s Executive Vice President & General Counsel. He is responsible for all legal, regulatory, and compliance operations for Concerto. Kyle has overseen the mechanics of Concerto’s multistate expansion since 2018. Prior to joining Concerto, Kyle served as General Counsel of the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) from 2015 to 2018. As IDPH’s chief legal officer, he managed the agency’s Division of Legal Services, which provides counsel to the 1,100-employee Department and its 190 programs, as well as legal support to the Illinois Office of Governor. Prior to government service, Kyle worked as a litigator at Chicago law firms, where he counseled and defended health care providers in civil matters. Kyle received his law degree from Loyola Chicago School of Law and his bachelor’s degree with High Honors in History from the University of Michigan. He also earned a Certificate of Jewish Leadership from Northwestern University and Spertus Institute in 2018.
Lakeisha Jones
Chief Clinical Officer
Lakeisha Jones is Chief Clinical Officer and is responsible for planning, organizing and leading all aspects of clinical operations to help drive the company’s mission of Reimagining Nursing Home Dialysis One Community at a Time. LaKeisha has excelled in providing a strong clinical atmosphere that values quality care, improved patient outcomes, staff education and development, cohesion between all disciplines, and compassion to the nursing profession. LaKeisha has implemented clinical initiatives supported by evidence-based practice to help transform our partner and patient experience.
Sarah Kagan
Vice President of Operations
Sarah Kagan is a Vice President of Operations at Concerto. Sarah works closely with our nursing home partners, staff, and facilities to ensure that excellence in care is delivered to all dialysis patients. Sarah began her career in the skilled nursing facility setting as a social worker, where she developed a passion for working with patients in the post-acute setting. Sarah’s interest in dialysis began in 2014, when employed for Davita in outpatient dialysis. It was at Davita, that Sarah first learned the critical need for nursing home-based dialysis. Sarah joined Concerto in 2015, recognizing their commitment to quality, and their model for overcoming the existing barriers for dialysis services. Sarah received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
Brittany Lindeman
Vice President of Human Resources
Brittany Lindeman is the Vice President of Human Resources at Concerto. Her primary focus is partnering with other Concerto leaders to develop efficient HR practices that move the organization forward.
Brittany has over 10 years’ experience as an HR leader, having managed the breadth of the HR function during her previous roles. Brittany is passionate about creating a work environment that values diversity, innovation and most importantly, people, as Concerto continues to share our vision in an ever-expanding list of territories.
Brittany holds a MBA from Roosevelt University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. She is also a certified professional in human resources (PHR).
Jasmine Arguinzoni
Vice President of Operations
Jasmine Arguinzoni is a Vice President of Operations at Concerto. She oversees the company’s ongoing growth and is responsible for supporting Concerto market leaders and business operations, and works with Concerto facility partners to facilitate Concerto’s post-acute dialysis services. With over 11 years of experience in dialysis, Jasmine has worked in several capacities within the dialysis industry. As a registered nurse and industry leader, she is passionate about providing best-in-class patient care and empowering Concerto team members, patients and their families with an understanding of dialysis and appreciation for compassionate post-acute dialysis care. Outside of work, Jasmine can be found coaching soccer or doing community service activities with her girl scouts.
Offir Ben-Naim
Vice President of Growth & Development
Offir Ben-Naim is Concerto’s Vice President of Growth and Development. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working closely with our facility partners to develop, establish, and ensure the success of an in-house dialysis program. Offir began his career with several years working at a New York City marketing firm where his work focused on client relations, strategic growth planning, and client marketing. He received his bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing. Outside of work, Offir enjoys spending time with family, reading, and playing basketball.
Marisa Sniff
Vice President of Recruitment
Marisa Sniff is the Vice President of Recruitment at Concerto. Her main responsibility is partnering with Concerto department leaders to provide creative staffing solutions and support our staffing needs nationwide. Marisa develops new sourcing strategies, analyzes the talent marketplace, and proactively anticipates future growth for the organization.
Marisa has almost a decade of recruitment experience, holding various impressive leadership positions. She received a BA degree in Psychology from Indiana University and continues to use the tools she learned to find, recruit, and develop new talent and happy Concerto Team Members!
Karine Brown
Vice President of Operations
Karine “Kay” Brown is a Vice President of Operations at Concerto. Kay is responsible for overseeing Concerto’s ongoing operational growth in several midwestern states. In her role, she manages Concerto market leaders and works closely with our nursing home partners. Kay joined Concerto in 2022, quickly recognizing Concerto’s positive impact for nursing home-based dialysis care.
Kay brings a wealth of health care experience to Concerto, having practiced for over two decades as a registered nurse, serving for over sixteen years in kidney care, and working for over a decade in health care administration and leadership. Kay fondly considers kidney care “not merely a career choice… but a calling.” Academically, Kay has earned an Associate Degree in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing Administration, and Master of Science in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Outside of work, Karine enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
